Our Promise: Love it or Exchange it for Free

We are confident you will love your WELLOOZ towel. However, if it isn't right for you, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions:

  • 14-Day Window: You have up to 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
  • Original Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Simply contact our customer support team, and we will guide you through the process. We are happy to offer a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.

Policy Details

  • Returns: The cost of shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse for a refund is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exchanges: We are happy to cover the shipping costs for any exchanged item(s).
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be promptly processed via Instapay or a direct bank transfer.
